The call for papers has been announced for "The Edge of Celtic Consciousness" session at SEMA 2013, which will be held at Appalachian State University, October 3-5. The session is being organized by Larissa Tracy and Charlene Eska and will focus on what it means to be Celtic, "particularly in a medieval context." The organizers "welcome papers on language, literature, art, law, history, archeology, theology, folklore or any other medieval discipline -- especially those which focus on the idea of boundaries or margins."
