Call for Papers -- Language Diversity in Wales
A call for papers has been announced for the first conference on "Language Diversity in Wales," which will be held 18-19 July 2014 at the National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth.
"The conference aims to provide a forum for those interested in the language diversity of Wales. The event is conceived in a broad way and is not restricted to purely linguistic topics. The forum is also open to researchers with literary perspectives, to those interested in translation studies, and to researchers from the fields of media, arts, and anthropology insofar as they are working on topics connected with the language diversity of Wales."
"Abstracts for both papers and posters should not exceed 300-350 words including references and should be submitted via EasyChair. Presentations should be 20 minutes in length, and will be followed by 10 minutes of discussion."
"The deadline for abstracts is Wednesday 15th of January 2014."
For more information on this event, visit the conference website.
