Ph.D. Scholarship, University of Wales

The University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies is offering a three-year Ph.D. scholarship, starting in 2012, for a candidate to study at their facility under the direction of their distinguished faculty.  The candidate will pursue research in one of the following areas: 'the early history of the Celtic languages, medieval Welsh poetry, Romanticism in Wales 1750-1900, and the place-names of Wales'.  Applications are due by 31 July 2012.  For more information on this scholarship, visit the Centre's website.
